Strategiile de securitate din spatiul euroatlantic si dihotomia preemptie-preventie
Abstract
The United States and the European Union continue to use security strategy made during the Bush Administration. A retrospective look over the key concepts of the post 9/11 era and their relevance in a globalized world of risks and threats is imperative with a view to the making of a Obama-like US Security Strategy and the replacement/revision of the EU Security Strategy in the wake of the Lisbon Treaty adoption.
