Problema asigurarii obiectivitatii evaluarii politicilor publice

Abstract

The goal of this paper is to advance a solution for ensuring the objectivity of public policy assessments. The solution consists in running all the evaluation processes having in mind a theoretical model. This way, the assessors will clarify all the aspects of a public policy and the main directions that should be followed in order to give a proper and adequate evaluation. Although there are many forms of assessing a public policy, the need of reporting the outcomes and outputs to the causality relations that explain their emergence remains.
